I always wanted to work for an organization which would require me to think out of the box. As part of Digital Mastering Services division, this is exactly what I do. I have often found myself faced with challenges to optimize technologies to save time and cost for the company while ensuring better output. I have been here since the inception for 14 years now and have seen the company grow from a start-up to a major player in the market. The experiences that I have gained along the way are irreplaceable & valuable. Such challenging yet fulfilling opportunities is what makes my 14-year long relationship with UFO so special.
In my 15 years here I’ve learnt one thing, working at UFO is not like working for a company, it’s like being a part of a family. Everyone has a role to play, everyone is important. It is about the impact and the joy you bring to peoples lives. This family is giving and welcomes everyone with open arms. There is a strong force that binds all of us together and over the years we have all grown together and seen each other grow. Nobody wants to leave a place that gives great opportunity along with a strong brotherhood.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all our UFO family for providing timely assistance and financial and moral support during a medical emergency where my wife was detected with cancer in July 2019. It was a really alarming situation in my life. I was really devastated. But my company stood behind me like a rock and provided me the support I wanted in terms of money and permission to work from home. My dept. colleagues said, “You take care of your family and don’t worry about the work” and supported me in the best manner. I am really thankful to our UFO Moviez family.
As a part of the engineering team, UFO gives me great exposure to a broad set of technologies across the entire product chain. We get opportunities to actively participate in architectural and design decisions. Here, working hours are quite flexible and you are also encouraged to keep learning on the go. While working on solutions for the current business needs, we @Engineering also focus on the solutions and technologies for future needs of the organization and new business areas. Every moment spent here is a learning.
