Procedure for releasing a film on the UFO Digital Cinema Network:
MATERIAL REQUIREMENT :

The Producer / Distributor interested in releasing his film on the UFO Digital Cinema Network, will provide UFO with the Dpx files / Negative of the Film ( for best results ). If this is not possible then UFO would require 2 fresh censored prints.

If the film has to be released in 5.1 sound, the final edited and synchronized wav file ( in DVD ) has to be given with the Negative / DPX files / Print.
- All material has to be made available to UFO, latest by the previous Thursday (7 days in advance), for the Friday release.
PRODUCER CONSENT LETTER :
CENSOR CERTIFICATE :
- A copy of the film's Censor Certificate would also have to be provided along with the Producer Consent Letter.
TELECINE CHARGES :
- Charges per film for telecine shall be Rs. 1,40,764/-, and this payment shall be given along with the Producer Consent Letter ( the DD should be drawn in favor of “M/s UFO India Ltd.”).
DISTRIBUTOR RELEASE ORDERS :

For the release of the film, the distributors having the rights of the film will need to send UFO the "Release Order" in the prescribed format, along with the Producer Consent Letter for Digital Release of the film thru the UFO Digital Cinema System.
- The Release Order will have to be submitted to the Regional office at least 2 days (i.e.48 hours) in advance of the release of the film, along with the payment of the Content Distribution Charges (CDC).

Authorization of the play of the film at the respective theaters will be done on a weekly basis. Extension of the film in respective theaters will have to be done at least two days before the expiry of the license.

Statement of account for the Distributor will be available on request to the Distributor, on the subsequent Monday for the playbacks from Friday to Thursday.
