United Film Organizers have appointed Regional Dealers as their representatives
in various territories all over India. These Regional Dealers are responsible
for enrolling Exhibition Franchisees, who have existing cinemas and are
interested in installing the Digital Cinema System in their theatres. |

The Responsibilities of a Regional Dealer are:

Identify and shortlist potential theatre owners, who are interested in joining
UFO's Digital Cinema System as Exhibition Franchisees.

Collection of the Capacity Cover Charge from the theatre owners on behalf of
UFO and remitting the same to UFO on a weekly basis to designated bank accounts
of UFO.

The Regional Dealer shall ensure the safety of assets of UFO, which have been
kept in his custody.

He shall ensure the safe keeping of the assets of UFO at his premises or at the
premises of the Exhibition Franchisees.

Provide back up service to the Exhibition Franchisees for minor repairs and
services, and co-ordinate with UFO in case of major repairs.
REGIONAL DEALERS INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS
The Regional Dealer shall require an office of at least 200 sq feet at a
location central to his territory, and some storage space for the Digital
Cinema equipment and spares. In addition to this he shall be require to hire
trained technicians to service the Exhibition Franchisees
