  Mr. Sanjay Gaikwad (Founder & Managing Director)

Mr. Sanjay Gaikwad is a qualified Engineer and has a Masters Degree in Business Management from Mumbai University. He started his own business initiative in 2003, after a rich and broad spectrum of corporate experience spanning over 15 years. He was the key person behind the modernization of Zee Group (one of India's largest media companies), and launching of its USA and UK operations. As President - Technology and New Projects, he conceptualized and implemented high technology projects such as Broadband Access to residential users over secured Cable Modem (HFC) Technology, which is a big success in southern part of India, and has made Zee the market leader in the technology capital of India -Bangalore. He has also spearheaded digitization and CAS initiative of the Group. His real success and entrepreneur vision was distinctly visible when he conceived the idea of online lottery and successfully operationalised 'Playwin' - India's first online lottery, as Chief Operating Officer. This project involved a complex business model based on highly sophisticated networking and software support. With over 5000 Points of Presence across India, the roll out was completed in less than three months and the project turned cash positive in the first 6 months of operation.
   

 

 Mr. Kapil Agarwal (Joint Managing Director)

Mr. Kapil Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is a result oriented strategic thinker with initiative, enterprise and penchant for action. He is creative in developing and implementing timely cost effective solutions, strong at developing, promoting and implementing ideas with focus and drive. He has more than 25 years of rich experience of working with big Indian industrial houses like Modis, Apollo Tyres Group and British Gas (a leading UK based Multinational Company). He was the Executive Director of Apollo International Limited and was spearheading the Apollo Group's international business and forays in to new ventures before taking over as the Joint Managing Director at UFO Moviez India Limited. At UFO, he is not only responsible for day to day management of the company and formulating the overall business strategy but also providing his management inputs for the overall growth of Media business.
 
  Mr. Raaja Kanwar (Director)  
        
Mr. Raaja Kanwar is a management graduate from Drexel University, US. Though the family business ensured a natural progression for Raaja into the tyre business, but led by a passion to forever venture into the unknown, he led the diversification forays of the Apollo group. Over the last one decade, Raaja has rolled out many successful ventures including international trading, online gaming, logistics and digital cinema. Raaja is represented in many professional and governmental bodies both in India and abroad.

  
   
  Mr. Narendra Hete (Director)
Mr. Hete is a technocrat with over 25 years of rich professional experience. He has extensively worked in the gaming and lottery industry . In year 2001, he co-promoted Valuable Reserves India Ltd. which is India's first tech-infrastructure service provider to the online and paper lottery / gaming industry. Well networked, Mr. Hete enjoys an excellent rapport with various government departments, and the business community in general. His commercial and business acumen provides invaluable strategic inputs to the media business, that he has also been instrumental in developing.
   
 

Mr. Ameya Hete (Director)

With over 12 years of global experience in technology and business development, Mr. Ameya Hete has been responsible for establishing Valuable Group’s presence across various international markets. Being responsible for defining the strategic direction and driving each Valuable Group business, his dynamic, innovative and aggressive approach to new business development has allowed the group to organize and consolidate business initiatives into the 3 verticals. He has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University. Having published numerous white papers, he is also the winner of a national award for engineering design.
   
 

Mr. Vijay Jindal (Chief Mentor)

Chief Mentor Mr. Jindal has been the chief intellect officer of the Times of India group where he has served for more than 15 years in two stints and held important position of the CEO The Economic Times in his first tenure. Later he set up Times Treaties an equity venture based on the exchange of advertising for equity and has successfully concluded more than 50 deals. As VC and MD of ZEE Telefilms Ltd., he has transformed it into a multi channel, multi-national enterprise with forays into the markets of UK and USA.

 
 

Mr. Tushar Agarwal ( Director)

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Agarwal is the Founder-Director and Chief Executive officer in Glance Finance Ltd, a listed company engaged in offering financial services including funds syndication, corporate advisory services and financial management. In addition, he is also involved in running other business like stainless steel exports, jewelry exports, and real estate.
