• Theater owner / organization will have to complete an application & sign an agreement with UFO for installing the Digital Cinema System.
• Theater will have to pay a nominal one time non-refundable installation charge.
• As the business model is based on the lease-rent model, there is no investment by the theater in procuring the system, the equipment is provided against a REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT. This deposit will be there with the company as long as the theater is using the UFO System.
  

Capacity Cover Charge (CCC):

• UFO will charge the UFO Exhibitors a Capacity Cover Charge(CCC) per show per theater.

Content Distribution Charge (CDC):

• UFO will charge the Film Distributor / Producer for the Content Distribution (CDC) per show per theater.
